7 months agoThe Real Deal is Hawks which delivers on flavor, service and excellence of dining. Let’s start off with the service, our waiter was excellent by being very skilled in fine dining conversation, suggestions, and quick service. All staff very welcoming. The atmosphere was very cozy but not small. There is a nice conversational bar at the entry area and then multiple areas to dine in the restaurant. The decor and table settings were very constant as a fine dining experience. Now let’s get into the main event: The Food! Ok started off with a Cesar Salad which they let me split with my other guest which was nice, see the great starter in the picture (10 of 10). The main course I had the Slow Roast Short Rib which was amazing and delicious (recommend to you by another server at another fine dining spot lol) 9.5/10. I couldn’t give it a 10 due to my Gordon Ramsey Short Rib barely edged it. Another entree tried was the Roasted Pitman Farms Chicken which had a lot flavor but a little over on the salt 8/10. The mushroom soup was given has a sample which was very well done 9/10. Overall, this was an amazing date spot, upscale gathering place, I will be back to try more soon.

7 months agoThis is truly a great experience. Upscale restaurant with a great menu for all likes. The food was excellent and our server, Parker, was exceptional. Followed his recommendations on wines to accompany our dinner selection, and could not have been more pleased. The filet mignons were cooked perfectly and the accompaniments were perfect. Management take notice: Parker is the best. While it’s not cheap, the service, food, and ambience is worth every penny. Highly recommend to all who are looking for a wonderful dining experience.

7 months agoGreat place for dinner. The staff was great and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do the Chef’s tasting flight as my wife had some dietary restrictions, but the items on the menu looked great

7 months agoThis food.. no words to explain the quality, flavor everything. My wife and I came for our anniversary and it was our first time there. I highly recommend the filet! So tender so much flavor! Dessert was off the hook as well! I drank my glass of water, and timed how long it took for them to fill it.... 8 seconds!!!!! Haha Just overall 5 stars. Wish I could give it more.

7 months agoWhat a wonderful experience. Let me start by praising our waiter Micheal! We have been to many great restaurants in our lifetime but he honestly is the best we’ve ever had. Good ambience throughout and the food was to die for. The short ribs with red wine reduction was so delicious. My wife had the chicken that was juicy and very flavorful. I brought home dessert but the beignets look delicious. I would tell anybody that will listen if you want a amazing experience look know further and enjoy Hawks.

7 months agoMy wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Hawks recently and the food was so delicious. The asparagus soup was super tasty, the gnocchi was so soft and delicious, and the pasta and duck were great. Our waiter was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive, eager to refill bread and water. Would highly recommend coming here!

7 months agoDinner. We made reservations for right when they opened on a Saturday night. Got in right away, ordered cocktails, and they came super fast. They were amazing. Soup and charcuterie board appetizers were next and were amazing. Main course for me were the Short ribs. They were cooked to perfection. My wife got a gnockie appetizer for her main course. Perfection. The desert and coffee were great. Outstanding evening. Service, food, atmosphere. We love Hawks. It had been a while since we were last here.

We started with the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented and featured high-quality, flavorful selections. For the main course, the steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. The seasonal sides were fresh and creative, clearly made with care and attention to detail. Dessert was equally impressive; the butterscotch pudding was a standout. Overall, Hawks delivers on every level: food, service, and setting.
